The Diversity Programs Office is dedicated to providing and promoting leadership opportunities, understanding, goodwill, diversity and friendship among the College of Agriculture and K-State Research and Extension.

We promise to create a solid foundation of diversity upon which each member of the College of Agriculture community can build.  Our office builds partnerships throughout the College of Agriculture to promote diversity awareness.  It is our responsibility to lead our faculty and expand opportunities for minority students. We provide access to pertinent resources to assist departments in the development of diversity solutions. We work diligently to establish realistic diversity goals each department can successfully meet.
