Registration

Fees

  • Coaches/assistants - $20

  • Students - $40 per student per contest

  • Campus parking permit - $5 (valid 4/6-4/7)

    A permit is required for campus parking on Thursday, April 6 and Friday, April 7 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. A permit is not required after 5 p.m. or on Saturday, April 8. This permit is for use in outdoor lots only and is not valid in the university parking garage.

 

Deadlines

  • Registration - March 1, 2017

  • Refunds/cancellations - March 15, 2017

  • Payment due - April 1, 2017

 

Registration Methods

  • The registration deadline has passed. If you would like to inquire about late registrations, please contact Alyson Lister (alister@ksu.edu). 

 

Payment Methods

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover accepted. Your credit card statement will show payment to KSU Controller's Office IV.

  • Check: Payable to Kansas State University, FEIN 48-0771751

  • Agency Purchase Order: Before submitting your registration to your business office for processing, please fax a copy of your registration form to Conference Registration at 785-532-2422. Please provide the actual copy of the APO as soon as it is available.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, please do so by March 15. Registration fees, less a $15 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received in the conference registration office by March 15. To modify or cancel your registration, please send a written request to registration@k-state.edu with the subject line “NACTA.” Due to guarantees we must give prior to the conference, refunds are not available after March 15. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration in writing by the refund deadline are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.

Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.

Special Assistance

Participants who need accommodations due to a disability should indicate services needed in the “special assistance” field at the time of registration. If you have questions or need additional information, please contact registration@k-state.edu or call 785-532-5569 or 800-432-8222. Notification by March 15 is requested to ensure appropriate accommodations can be provided.
