COA Communications and Marketing Service Requests
The College of Agriculture Communications and Marketing team works with department communicators and university partners to support strategic storytelling, brand visibility and audience engagement for the College of Agriculture and Kansas Agricultural Experiment Station.
Use this page to submit communications and marketing requests, including news and storytelling, website updates, publications, media relations, photography, video and design. Requests are reviewed based on strategic value, audience, timing, available resources and team capacity and may be supported by the college team or in collaboration with department communicators or campus partners.
Submitting requests early helps us coordinate the right support and develop a stronger final product.
If you have questions, please contact Kelsey Stremel, K-State College of Agriculture director of communications and marketing.

Not sure where to start?
Submit a general request, and our team will help route it.
Timelines
Our team reviews requests as quickly as possible. Timelines depend on project scope, existing priorities and team capacity. Small website updates or simple content edits may move quickly, while larger projects such as new webpages, feature stories, publications, campaigns, video or design work require additional planning.
Engaging communications early in the process allows our team to help shape the strategy from the beginning, provide stronger support and deliver a better final product.
