Nicodemus Camp

Nicodemus Educational Camp is a summer youth residential camp for students grades 5 – 10. Campers have the chance to have fun and learn about Kansas’ rich history and agriculture.

The program was created to provide participants with an educational experience, through K-State College of Agriculture, and outdoor experiential activities they might not otherwise get.

Campers:

  • stay in K-State residence halls.
  • meet and interact with K-State coaches.
  • ride horses, fish, swim and hike.
  • interact with Nicodemus Buffalo Solider re-enactors at a campfire cookout.

Sessions also include a service-learning project, sponsored by the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service Center office, where they plant trees in Nicodemus.
