Kompass

Kompass is a free, three-day extended summer orientation and freshman-year retention program designed to accelerate academic success for incoming freshmen multicultural and first-generation students in agriculture, business and engineering.

Participating students receive academic success support and participate in team-building activities, workshops and business professional etiquette classes. And, they will be eligible for a $1,000 KAT scholarship for their freshman year

The program extends into the first academic year providing mentors, professional development opportunities, and academic monitoring for participants.
